FAQ's
Are you a mobile groomer?
No. I’m a 121 groomer based in my own outbuilding in Kenilworth, Warwickshire.
How long will my appointment take?
Generally about 1.5-2 hours depending on the breed/temperament and state of the dog's coat.
What products do you use?
All products used are all dog friendly and specifically made for dogs, if your dog has a known allergy please make this known and we can discuss this when you arrive at your appointment.
What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?
Please give at least 72 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Less than 48 hours notice you will be charged half the price of your usual grooming fee. Less than 24 hours notice you will be charged the full price of your appointment fee. You will need to pay before booking a new appointment. These charges will not apply in the case of emergencies.
How do I pay?
I accept cash or a card and this will be paid at the time of your appointment.
What do I need to bring?
Just your dog on a lead and treat it in a little bag if you’d like.
My dog doesn’t like being groomed that much and may nip. Is this okay?
Please make me aware if you dog has been known to nip/bite and we can discuss the best plan of action for example using a muzzle or doing a few shorter sessions.
Can I pick my dog up after work?
I'm afraid not. As I’m a 121 groomer I can't keep dogs after their appointment time. Generally a text is sent when I've finished the groom.
What happens if I’m late to my appointment?
There will be a £5 charge per 15 minutes. If you are late after 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.
What do I do when I arrive at my appointment?
Please come down the drive to the back gate and I will meet you there. This will be the same for pick up. Please do not ring the doorbell.
